Having the countryside train station nearby is excellent to use getting in and out of the city if you have not got a car, it’s a countryside train track connecting up the little towns outside Xativa, it is not a noisy, speedy train.  Also in this area there is a river, picnic areas and a bar restaurant all within walking distance.

This Valencian villa for sale is located down a no through road shared only by your neighbours, the road is a good standard tarmac road and you have all of the mains services connected including fixed line telephone with fibre optic high speed internet available.
