I am Simon Creed the owner of Azahar Properties which is established as one of Valencia's leading real estate agencies since my wife Helen and I started our business here in 2003. Azahar Properties has grown from being a Valencia based estate agency to now having two offices serving the Valencia and Gandia area. This is to offer our buyers a greater choice of properties for sale in both the inland and coastal areas of the beautiful Valencian region.
For the Valencia area, we are based in Montserrat, Valencia. For the La Safor area and Marina Alta area of Valencia, we are based in the coastal city of Gandia. By having these two centres it enables us to offer our buyers a good selection of countryside villas located in the towns and areas close to Valencia city. Together with offering villas, houses and apartments in the coastal areas surrounding Gandia.
My esteemed colleague, Nayla Calatrava is our Area Manager for the Valencia area and she is a highly experienced property professional.
